Lowville & Beaver River #1950.

Vanished scene - Shown in the 1970s is Number 1950 was one of two 44-ton  General Electric locomotives Lowville & Beaver River Railroad, which has been out of service since January 24, 2007. This 44-ton locomotive (G.E. #30461, 6-1950) was purchase second hand from the Louisville & Nashville. When last operated, the line was owned by Genesee Valley Transportation of Batavia.
