This line conveyed to Conrail, April 1, 1976.; to New York, Susquehanna & Western, April, 1982 between Binghamton and Jamesville, and to Syracuse in 1995. Conrail abandoned Fulton to Oswego in 1976 and sold it to Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. in 1978 for access to oil tank farm. Fulton to Oswego out of service since Oct., 1995.
