The 'Huckleberry Railroad'

Looks like they used milk instead of water in the engine. 

This was a 3-foot narrow gauge line called “The Huckelberry” that ran from Kaaterskill to Tannersville, in the Catskill Mountains, 5.2 miles long. Abandoned in 1919.
