O&W Milk Trains Will Discontinue Passenger Service
Effective December 1 all passenger service on trains 9 and 10 on the O. & W railroad, known as the milk train, will be discontinued between Oneida and Sidney.
This train in the past months has carried passengers along this route. The train leaves Norwich southbound at 12:45 p.m. and returns north bound at 4:01 p.m.
Agent Frank Hamilton of the Norwich station has been informed of the discontinuance of the passenger service on these trains effective Dec. 1.
